(en) Eicke's House (German: Eickesches Haus) is a listed residential timber frame building in north German Renaissance style, located in the pedestrian zone of Einbeck, Germany. It was built in 1612 and named after its early 1900s owner, Eicke. The structure features double jettying and rich sculptural facade ornamentation by an unknown 17th-century wood carver.

What were they used for?
As vouchers: The tokens had a face value of approximately €1 and could be redeemed at designated stalls in the Christmas market for mulled wine, treats, or small gifts.
They were also issued as a "Christmas bonus" with purchases in local businesses (e.g., retail stores) – a clever marketing tactic to boost local trade.
Advertising and tradition: They promoted tourism and regional identity, featuring motifs from Einbeck's half-timbered architecture.
Collecting: Many residents and visitors hoarded them as souvenirs, leading to a collector's culture.
