Stephen Album's Checklist of Islamic Coins designates this coin as “Rare”. Album notes that the mint in Sa'ujbulagh is noted to have been "Active during the 1230s-1250s, though some of the rare undated specimens were perhaps struck shortly before, or after, including one variety of type Q#2637 in the name of Shah Abbas.
For the 1100s and 1200s, only Sa'ujbulagh struck regular fulus at the 6-mithqal weight of about 27.5 g; all other mints were limited by the 4-mithqal weight".
Sa'ujbulagh is modern-day Mahabad and is sometimes transliterated as Savojbolakh or Savojbolagh. It is now Mahabad.
