There is no translation for the lettering on this note. The lettering is "pseudo-Cyrillic" because this is a test note and is therefore intentionally meaningless.
This is a test note printed between 1978 and 1981 by the Swiss security printer De La Rue Giori. It was designed as part of a proposal to the USSR to demonstrate advanced Simultan offset and intaligo printing technology and equipment for new currency designs.
