1. Được thanh toán cả gốc và lãi một lần khi đến hạn tại các đơn vị kho bạc trong cả nước.
2. Được tự do mua, bán, chuyển nhượng, được dùng làm tài sản thế chấp trong các quan hệ tín dụng.
3. Không được dùng trái phiếu để thay thế tiền trong lưu thông và nộp thuế cho Nhà nước.
4. Mất trái phiếu như mất tiền và không được thanh toán.

The bond comes with a counterfoil (stub) from the Treasury Bond previously described, which would have been retained by the issuing office for record-keeping.

Security features
Under ultraviolet light, the bond reveals randomly distributed security fibers that fluoresce in a bright yellowish-green color across both the obverse and reverse.
