The Moscow Mint (MMD) Symbolic Project is an initiative that included the production of coin-shaped tokens themed around historical events, political processes, special operations, and other current topics. The first edition of the symbolic tokens was released on March 13, 2014. Initially, the project was conceived as historical and patriotic, but its theme later expanded depending on the events.
