I want to add to this, since it looks like there is quite a gab, between the Ottoman sultans already in the Catalough and up to the Kingdom of Tunisia and later Republic
But the titel of Bey has to be created, if not existing.
This is what I could figure out, but things got a bit blurry, when the rulers changed between the Ottomans/Tunisisan and the French and Tunisian.
