Nepalese coin/medal? [Risolto]

Hi I received this piece in a lot and I can't seem to nail down what it is.

Definitely a Nepalese year on the reverse (VS1943 = AD1886). I can't find any references online that would point me in the right direction.

diameter = 30 mm
width = 2.5+ mm
Medal alignment with about a 45 degree die rotation
