Could North Vietnam get

Democratic Republic of Vietnam (1945-1976)

But I don't know wheter North Vietnam should have a ruling authority for the "rebel communist state" or it belong as a ussiung entitity, like with banks under banknotes?

That's all that's needed. The Democratic Republic existed in the North from 1945 onwards, even if the French didn't recognise it.
