Add Peru 1 sol 2021 Hipólito Unanue y Pavón to the catalogue. [Risolto]

Firstly I am requesting this coin to be added to the catalogue because After finishing the request and leaving it pending a couple of days later as I was added more requests to the catalogue I found out that the referee for Peru is not active and hasn't posted on the forum for almost a year now.

Secondly I think that the Admins should have a look at all the referees to see if they are active and if not maybe message them or in worse case scenario replace them with a new one but I think that is for extreme cases.

Interesting because I submitted change requests for 9 Turkey coins and 1 Sudan coin over the last 2 days. Neither of these countries have a referee. All 10 were completed by today.

​Interesting because I have a pending request for a Sudanese banknote that I uploaded just over a week ago but I’m ok to wait apart from if the country’s referee has not been active for a while or the request has not been accepted or rejected for over 2 months.

Update: This coin is still pending as of now after nearly a month after it being posted to my requests.

I have simple change requests made mid-April that haven't been reviewed.

Referees are volunteers, and finding trustworthy replacements can be difficult.

​I know that the referees are volunteers and in most cases they put other things in front of the hobby such a work and family.

I don’t mind waiting up to a month but after then I post things like these for the administrators to sort out or they haven’t been on Numista for more than 6 months.

Really, just wait. How can you pressure somebody not there?

In my rally to add KM# from the updated numismaster data base, I still have as not validated countries: NOR, GUA, VEN, PER, PAK, ISR & NDL, which is just normal, so learn to live with it.

Please don't forget, we don't give anybody any orders here, we help to enrich the data base, which we then use, that's all

I’m not the most patient of people but I’m just expressing my concerns because some of them haven’t been active for months even some more than a year.​

Yes in terms of the users who have the coin and can finally add it into their collection.

I still have my changes for Peru and Israel open, but one day they'll be done, I'm sure Jarcek will look after that one day.
