Rhodesia and Rhodesia & Nyasaland

I have noticed that Rhodesia, as well as Southern Rhodesia, are level 2 issuers of Zimbabwe, while Rhodesia and Nyasaland is a level 1 issuer. Shouldn't Rhodesia and Nyasaland be placed under Malawi and Zambia as a level 2 issuer, since Northern Rhodesia is modern day Zambia, and Nyasaland is modern day Malawi. Or is it not possible to have the same issuer lited twice?

It is technically possible to list a country multiple times, but we cannot implement this for now without unforeseen side effects.

There are several situations similar to the one you mentioned: Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Qatar and Dubai, even the Eurozone...

​The Eurozone I get, and isn't quite the same, I'd same. But for the other, yes, that's the same deal. I didn't thinknof that.
