Could New Caladonia get these added as ruling authorities? Like other frence territories?:

French Dependency (1853-1946)
French Overseas Territory (1946-date)

There are probably some banknotes which will overlap both authorities, but now we can put more ruling authorities on a pice, I think these will work fine, if the referee(s) agree to the ruling authorities?
