How to create an issuer? [Risolto]

I have a coin of Gond Kingdom whose issuer is not yet listed onnumista.



The weight is 6.4 grams.

I think it is km#5


This belongs to India - Independent kingdoms.
I think Tripura and some more issuers belong to this category.

hope someone of numista team can look into this.

It looks like there were multiple Gond Kingdoms. I found an auction house that specifically lists this as being from the Gond Kingdom of Devgarh, so I would think...
