Is this coin unlisted on Numista? Remembrance day poppy

I have this coin and I can't seem to find it on Numista. One face is identical to KM# 219, a Guernsey £5 coin, but without the colour and a smaller diameter. However I cannot find a single £5 coin that doesn't have a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on it.

This particular coin is approximately 28mm with a 3mm smooth edge. Medal alignment.

It's not a coin. It's a medal but I don't think it's in the exonumia section.
