Add new catalog for Spain Civil War Banknotes from Catalonia, Balearic Islands and Andorra [Risolto]

Hi, I think a new Reference Catalog should be added for the banknotes mentioned in the title (Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and Andorra, banknotes from the Spanish Civil War). As I understand it, it is the most important Catalog of these banknotes and of these areas.

The Spanish Civil War banknote listings should be based on how this catalogue lists them.

Andorra's 1936 issue notes should be excluded, given the fact that Andorra is an independent Co-Principality.
