I just had a look at many 1929 5 pesos on internet, around 10 or so, they all have the F instead of the E, so I can't really set up a documentation of the 1929 with and without the error! I'll go on looking, maybe I'll find something!

I didn't find any 1929 with MEDELLIN, but I made this documention some time ago and it is in the coin page

so the variant is covered.
