Franklin mint new mintmark [Risolto]

The Franklin mint have 2 mintmark:

The famous FM:

But for France they were working behind the name of “Le Medaillier Franklin”

From 1976 to 2004 date when they file for bankruptcy.

In order to make the company a look a bit more french and as to import silver in France you had to put a weevil hallmark they start to engrave on the edge of their product design for france the mintmark: LM

So can we had this last mint mark to the Franklin mint?

Do you know if they also use fm in a different way like in this coin or this one?

I have not seen any with the fm in lower case.

I added the LM mintmark for the Franklin Mint.

Not sure if there is a way to identify with the item itself where it was produced unless the Triangle, Rhombus and Oval marks of the LM are an indication and in time we may be able identify exactly which location.

Just thought I would share what I found and hope one day it can be useful.

Probably more of a sales office, than a satellite mint, but I could be wrong (I cannot open your linked file to check what your source exactly explains).
