Update AKS to the 37th edition [Risolto]

I compared several pages with the 21st edition and didn't notice many numbering changes.

• German New Guinea, German East Africa, and Saar changed, but those numbers aren't in Numista yet.
• WWII military coinage changed (90x to 60x, two changes).
• DDR changed (7xx/8xx to xx/1xx). 141 changes, but only 77 are in Numista.

I don't know if the changes are from the 35th edition or earlier.

When the reference is updated I'll work to update the catalog number changes.

Shouldn't we rather list the 38th edition (published in 2022, dated 2023)?

We probably should, but I'm probably not going to get that edition since I have the 37th.

Which poses a quandary: Should I update Numista entries based on changes between the current Numista pages and the 37th edition, knowing that some might have changed again with the 38th?

If a catalog's numbering changes every iteration significantly I don't think we should use it at all.

I'm sorry for the delay.

I added the 37th edition, as you suggested to update the references in Numista. 

We'll add the 38th edition whenever someone is able to add the references, and we'll decide then whether it should be added as a different catalogue (if the numbers are different) or an update of the 37th edition.
