Please add these two new issuing authorities in Italian States:
1. Chiusi, Republic of (currency possibly Grosso Agontano (1337-1355) as used in some other central Italian states around this time period).

2. Ascoli, Republic (and then Lordship). We have Ascoli as a Papal State, but it issued coins as an independent state for 200 years before coming under Papal rule in 1420. So we need the earlier issuer to cover this period (as we have for Bologna, Arezzo and other similar places)
