There is an error somehow in the 1996 year lines, since they are the same, I suppose one of the should be without the mint mark?

Unless someone can provide a decent photo of a coin without a mint mark I think this should be merged.

OK, with me, but are you sure we can trust that source? They don't mention the designer initials for 1996, so I wouldn't trust NGC over a doorstep. It doesn't even say where the coin was minted.
