Help Indentify a Polish Groschen

Hello all, 

I have researched this and have come close but still not sure. It is a Polish Groschen, and I think it might be 1680, but could be earlier. 

It weighs 3.13 grams and is the size of a Washington quarter. 

Any help would be appreciated :)
