I do not receive email notification when forum messages are reply

I have always selected these options in my settings:

• Send me an email upon forum replies
• Send me an email when I receive private messages (PM)

Before both works, but since some times ago I do not receive notice to my email when a forum message is reply, and the icon in topics is checked (with PM works).

I verified the spam results provided by Outlook/Hotmail, which didn't reveal any issue.

I suggest you verify your Junk folder on your webmail in case the emails may have been moved there.

Alternatively, I recommend you contact the support of your email provider.

It is strange that I receive notifications of PM but not of new replies.

In my spam folder there are nothing from Numista.

Can you send me by PM the Numista email address used for new replies notifications? I will add to my safe senders list in Hotmail, and let's see what happens.

Numista sends all email notifications with the sender email address postmaster@numista.com.

This was in my safe senders list but not in my safe mailing lists. I added now.
