Are these the same coin? [Risolto]

I was looking in the Red Book and found this token https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces355983.html

While looking I also found this token from Canada https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces161165.html ;

They both have the exact same designs and lettering and they both circulated in the usa and canada according to the Red Book.

Should one of them be deleted?
