India - 10 Rupees Quit India Movement - mint variety to be added [Risolto]

The coin 10 Rupees Quit India Movement has only one variety listed and the mintage is locked - 

1992 B  -   Mumbai Mint; Proof

I don't know whether this was issued in both proof and non-proof but there is definitely a non-proof variety (which I have in an OGP folder which clearly mentions "Uncirculated set".

So, the following variety needs to be added:

1992 ♦   -  Mumbai mint

What users should do if the page say something and you are saying something totally different?

It’s just rude to reject a request that’s follow written rules.

If you don’t agree with the rules please submit an idea to change them but I am not sure that Catalog administrators should choose themselves what are the rules to follow and the ones that are useless, otherwise why do we have guidelines?

The rejection was purely formal as this request cannot be processed by Admins, only referees.

The mintage for this particular coin has been changed, but there are others which I have sent to the referee, followed up with quite a few DMs to the referee over the past month, but I am yet to get a response. 

The coins in question are:

100 Rupees Shaheed Bhagat Singh 

5 Rupees Shaheed Bhagat Singh

What should one do in such a situation?
