Exonumia or legal tender

Fellow collectors I have a coin from somalia which composition is copper nickel crown sized 2004 Athens basketball which is not available in numista app only found in Exonumia where it's mention it's composition is silver which one is correct

as far as i can see, (almost) all somalia ‘coins’ are foreign produced maybe with some licence, they are artificial collector items or quite popular bullion coins.

Dollar denomination is an exception and no advantage. Composition will decide the value of this ‘coin’ and not the listing in exonumia or coin database.

Ther are some in Silver (25 gram, .925, 38,61 mm)

and some in Cu. Ni. (28.28 gram, Diam 38.5 mm)
