Agree for Cammin and Kolberg but disagree on the Duchy of Pomerania
Here from your Wikipedia link, where it is showing as a vasal state of Poland from 1121 to 1138 but being predominantly German (Shortly Danish) from 1138 to its end in 1637
The Duchy of Pomerania was established as a vassal state of Poland in 1121, which it remained until the fragmentation of Poland after the death of Polish ruler Bolesław III Wrymouth in 1138. Afterwards the Dukes of Pomerania were independent, and later were vassals of the Duchy of Saxony from 1164 to 1181, of the Holy Roman Empire from 1181 to 1185, of Denmark from 1185 to 1227 and finally, from 1227 on, staying with the Holy Roman Empire (including periods of vassalage to the Margraves of Brandenburg).
So was, polish, german danish and later even swedish. New country then ?
PS
At Cammin the official language were german.
dont forget to move to polish states :

Duchy and the Prussian rule of Württemberg-Oels - cant find proper source for this one but Oels is modern Oleśnica.
According to an agreement from 1491, the duchy was supposed to pass to future Polish King John I Albert, but eventually in 1495 it was sold to Duke Henry I of Münsterberg, son of the Bohemian (Czech) king George of Poděbrady.[6] His grandson Duke John of Münsterberg-Oels established a gymnasium at Oleśnica in 1530. When the Czech Podiebrad family became extinct in 1647, town and duchy were inherited by the Swabian dukes of Württemberg, and in 1792 by the Welf dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg.
