I see what you mean, yet I also found what causes the issue. The issue could easily be fixed by renaming 'Hindu Dynaties' to 'Indian Hindu Dynaties', ‘North-Eastern Dynasties’ to ‘Indian North-Eastern Dynasties’ and ‘Northern Dynasties’ to ‘Indian Northern Dynasties’, which would be in line with the Indian princely states, the Indian states and the Indian Sultanates.
