Issuing entity in Portuguese Notgeld: Albergue e Azylo Elvenses [Risolto]

I hereby request the creation of issuing entities regarding Portuguese notgeld, for I have local banknotes from several City Halls and Commercial Associations of Portugal.

Since there are four already created (Camara Municipal de Coimbra, Camara Municipal de Estremoz, Camara Municipal de Louzada e Camara Municipal de Santo Tirso), I miss the following:

• Albergue e Azylo Elvenses

Is it an association? A company?

I think it is extinct.

There is an institution (still in functions) that reclaims the title of “successor” of Albergue e Azylo Elvenses: Lar Júlio Alcântara Botelho.
