I've recently added a page to the catalog for the Macedonian over-stamp of the Yugoslav 100 Dinar bill (1990). While adding this banknote, I had noticed that unlike the Bosnia and Herzegovina catalogue, there is no Provisional Dinar (or Denar in this case) currency for North Macedonia under which we can group these banknotes. I plan on adding the rest of the set to the catalogue when possible (the set contains five banknotes). I have placed this banknote under an unknown currency for now. However, I'm requesting we add a new Provisional Denar currency for North Macedonia, under which we can classify these stamped banknotes. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
Information:
- the name of the currency in English (and if possible also in French and Spanish):
- English: Provisional Denar
- French: Denar provisoire
- Spanish: Denar provisional
- the issuer where this currency was used, and the corresponding date range:
- North Macedonia
- 1991 - 1992
- if known, the relative value of the subunits and super units described in reference to the main currency unit:
- No subunits or super units
- if they already exist, the link of one or more Numista records that you want to classify under this currency:
- Newly added Numista page: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note413452.html
- Four more will be added in the future. I'll update this topic when appropriate.
