In the table at the top it indicates that the coin was issued during 1223-1247 for it bears the name of the issuer.
In the mintage section it indicates the the coin was issued during 1223-1248.
There is no comment about the difference.
Being this is the reality, it is worth to add comment explaining the reason of an extra year.
