Like other Micronations, it should be added the self proclaimed in 1997 “The Republic of Užupis”, old quartier of Vilnius - Lithuania.

It is a lot easier to justify "country" registration in numista when you tell that they have issued currency.

History forgot to include time when their IT staff forgot to renew website certificate or could not be bothered to setup automatic cert renewal. There are multiple security reports for software they are using.

Since this is reference website and not respectable news site like Onion people might need to know that Republic of Užupis was founded on some day following March 31st.

Ah…I see. Look at the screenshot I posted above where the flag is correct. Maybe the item you entered has to be validated first? I don't know but I'd wait to see.
