After improving the status history in pages of modification request https://en.numista.com/forum/topic130330.html, the sources text was moved to the history area.
But in pages of year line modification request the sources text is duplicated.
Edit: I saw a minor design difference (brown squares).
Edit 2: After submitting a new page, I saw the same issue in the creation request.
