Can't add or remove images in my collection [Risolto]

I was just uploading images of new coins in my collection. And then suddenly no option to upload the images on any collection items. I have not run out of storage space. And the pen (edit items in my collection) no longer shows the already uploaded images in the dotted box next to “Pictures”. But uploaded images are visible by hovering over the camera icon.  Are we doing a site upgrade/change right now?
