N#28705 I was trying to put a value on my coin, search ebay I found overstriked versions, checked mine and behold 

I missed this, Numista and the seller, I have submitted an edit, 

What is the coin underneath?

I believe I see a ''DEI GRAT'' maybe a ''I'' and an ''A'' 

There are some lines on the coin as well

There is an 8 R on the top of the coin,

If any one wants a closer imagine of a particular area please ask, I would be delighted to know what coin was used as a planchet
