Add Hyderabad Feudatories to Numista. [Risolto]

Hello dear Community, the reason for this post is to ask for your help in creating 2 missing issuers in the Hyderabad Feudatories list, the coins are already uploaded, but as a general part of Hyderabad.

This would be of great help to maintain proper state order without disrupting the feudatories within it. The missing feudatories are:

*** Feudatory of Hyderabad-Gadwal 

 ½ Rupee N#462907

1 Rupee 

N#480969

*** Feudatory of Hyderabad- Wanparti 

1 Rupee

N#141109

For the moment it would be the creation of these 2 issuers and moving the corresponding coins to their new issuer. Thank you very much in advance for your attention.

These issuers have been added.

For this coin  N#480969 two comments:

1. We do not make different date lines for different state of die wear, so one date line has been removed and the collections combined.

2. Please provide a reference for the compositions of 0.800 - 0.950 and for billon.  If there is not some verifiable information, we should not split these.
