It should be, but now we have to follow the Guidelines of the catalog:

A page describes a coin type. It may group several variations whenever a small design detail varies and the KM numbers have the same main part, like KM#3.1 and KM#3.2.

It is a Krause's mistake that we have inherited.

Sounds good to me. I'm not inclined to split things more than necessary.
