2013 Andorra 1 Diner .999 Silver 1oz Coin

The Numista catalog for the Andorra 1 Diner .999 Silver Coin closed the dates at 2011.  I own the 2013 issue.  I tried to modify the listing but the date box's are closed to modification.  Further verification of this coins existence can be found on APMEX where they have this issue for sale.   What's the solution to this problem?
