The picture on the Numista page (actually my coin

) is a different variation, which Krause does not properly differentiate, the lettering is split differently, and the KB mintmark is positioned differently.
Ben's suspition is valid though, as it seems more of billon than silver.
The reason for that is not that it is fake, but that good old Lipót has inflated his own currency to finance the war with the Türks, so decreased the silver content significantly, plus they needed to produce dies hastily, hence the many variations of coins. - ... and the guy, as you obviously know, was really the ugliest Monarch in World history
