Insert new coins

Hi,
I try to insert many 1 Peso coins from Cuba, and it happened that I create KM311 and KM517 with a wrong year.
After I realize that I can't modify anymore.
Then another mistake I did was to create 2 equal KM869, perhaps because I had some connection problems, but now I'm not able to delete one of them.
So I'd like to know how many time about it takes to publicate all coins I inserted.
