I see that most of the soviet union coins has their value and year as reverse, and not the soviet union emblem.
Shouldn't be opposite?

No in this case the identifying symbol of the country is the obverse.

If you search "Soviet Union", it comes up with about 30 some pages.  About the first 8 or 9 pages, the coin images are in reverse order.  AND, there are a few in the rest of the page that are also reversed ..

in Russia we have info from Central Bank, that side with nominal value is obverse
In commemorative coins - side vith eagle - obverse

I am referee of Russia and Ussr only one months
And i checked all Russian coins (ok, me and my friends here) and changed all images, added more than 70 coins and make more and more good work

USSR i checked only small part
have not more time to check all now

I need time to make nice catalogs, change bad pictureas and add info to coins
