Currently, when adding a new coin to the catalog, some fields describe the type of object:
Token: Yes - No - Unknown
Non selected trial strike: Yes - No - Unknown
Commemorative issue: Yes - No - Unknown
Circulating issue: Yes - No - Unknown
I think we can do better in categorizing the coins. We could have a dropdown list with following choices:
- Non commemorative circulating coin
- Commemorative circulating coin
- Commemorative non circulating coin
- Investment bullion coin (I have a doubt on this one, since the limit with previous category is not always clear)
- Trade tokens (not sure for the name, I want to include notgeld and all tokens that are used instead of coins in times of coin shortage)
- Non selected trial strikes
The aim is to have a clearer classification when adding coins and looking at a coin in the catalog.
