I would like to have a ticketing system for swap rating changes and other duties related to altering swap feedback and resolving swap problems.
I would like to be able to access the Admin zone through the ticketing system so that I don't have a labourious job.
I am behind with changing ratings and can't keep track of them all. Once an issue is solved I wish to be able to click on the ticket (or something) to send an automated response that the issue has been dealt with.
A report swap button in the swap zone would be good too!
