Why do you have so many?
Buying gold and electrum coins 700bc-1950ad
In the comments of this coin, I read that you are aiming for 2000. I must admit that I've met people with stranger desires, but you do make me curious :D

In this particular case, you could 'abuse' the grade boxes for decimal digits:
VG=10000
F=1000
VF=100
XF=10
Unc=1

So 1 F, 2 VF, - XF and 3 Unc would make 1203.
Or just one box for the hundreds and one for the digits, e.g. 12 VG and 25 F would make 1225.

Filling all five boxes with 255 would still not allow you to enter 2000. You could take the five boxes of the proof coin as an overflow.

But any convention like this would injure Numista's statistics (which should not be your greatest concern: you would undoubtedly not be the only one using conventions).
Do you want to now why the max is 255?
Because it is an 8bit integer that means it can hold 2^8 numbers which is 256 (0-255)

Hi harderreirick,

I apologize for the somewhat provocative tone in my reply. Please be assured that it wasn't intended as an insult.

I'm afraid I haven't any for swap. You should look for hoarders. They are most likely to be found in Canada and may not be coin collectors of the type you find on this site.
In the 70-80-ies many people in the Netherlands hoarded the 1948 small change with Queen Wilhemina on it 'because it could get valuable some time'. I have a small hoard myself, but know of many people, mainly non-collectors who also have small hoards of Wilhelmina-cents. Now and then, these are offered on flee markets, garage sales or internet exchange places.

Is it for something like this?

If you're going to use them for an art project rather than collect them then why bother cataloguing them at all? I would just catalogue the coins you're actually going to keep in your collection and record how many you have for your art project in a spreadsheet or something, or stick it in the comments section of the coin page
