Unicode issues [Risolto]

Really, guys, it's 2016 already here, not 1996 - and we still have localization and encoding issues!

- Export to Excel sometimes produces HTML-escaped coin names (1 Santīm) and sometimes - in wrong encoding (20 Centavos (Josй San Martin))

- Searching for "БАНК" in Lettering produces results different from "Банк" - and I assume search is considered case-insensitive

- Searching for "БАНК" in Design produces 0 results, and looks like search for "БАНК"

- Finally, why all the Html pages from Numista are not UTF-8 yet?

Numista is now served in UTF-8.
