As we already have discussed, this is only a reminder for hopefully an existing to-do-list:
The creation of customizable "personal comments" cells. Now, we have one. I encourage you to create multiple possibilities on this, just like you did with the catalog numbers, and more. This would allow members to:
1) swap information: price, condition or else....
2) enter personal comments related to the coins, as usual
3) enter storage location, which is bloody useful if you have a larger collection
4) enter value (till you don't make the Numista value system)
5) personal notes on when
6) personal notes on from whom
7) personal notes on what price
the coin was purchased.... anyways, it shall be customizable, so everyone designs it in the way he/she wants
anyways, everyone should be able to create his/her own structure the way she/he wants....
I guess the two bolded ones shall be set, rest is customizable...
Hello,
I agree entirely with your proposal.
In addition it should be possible add external links to comments.

These proposals have already been validated by Xavier back in 2015.
I am completely in favour of private and public personel comments, but don't see a real need to multiply them.
If well structured (separate the different information by a special caracter) and present in the export files, you can exploit them through the 'Text to columns' funciton in Excel.
