How about in Your coins/Your collection/View the country list with your collection quantities. Show countries by continent? For example I'm collecting all Africa if I can sort my collection by continent I will know which countries still missing.

...
The other thing come to my mind, when I'm in "your coins" and click on my country - Poland- got coins from 5 countries - Poland, Danzig, German states, German 1871-1948 and Polish Lithuania Commonwealth. If I click on the map I'm forwarded to Poland coins, but if I want to see for example Danzig coins in my collection need to choose from the list. Is it possible to add some kind of buttons on the map and select country that I want to check ?

I personally expected a click on the map (as opposed to the list) would give coins from all the countries listed on the tooltip. In your case, Poland, German Reich, German States, PLC and Danzig.

But yes, this is a bit ridiculous. It is especially ridiculous for post-Soviet states (where a click on, say, Lithuania would go to Soviet coins, if there are any, instead of Lithuanian ones).
EDIT: And nearly as counterintuitively, the tooltip for Madeira would show Portugal (at least, for everyone who has coins from the latter but not the former, which is likely most Numista members), but the click would still go to the page "your coins from Madeira" (which will likely be empty). Similarly for Reunion/France and British Indian Ocean Territory/UK. Meanwhile, a click on French Guiana redirects to France (which IMHO is correct), even though French Guiana is a listed country.
If you click on a country with multiple listings you will be directed to the one you have the most coins from at the moment.

Ordinary click i think it will be ok. As far as i know Lithuania was 14th republic in Soviet Union so it should transfer you correct.
We can even to think to create world maps ( i love old maps ! ) for each century so thanks to that we can know how the countries borders looks like.

I agree with both hands !  :)

I reckon the list which unfolds (se pic above) should be clickable. Take Soviet Union for instance, which includes 15 countries. Just because I have most of the Soviet coins, it always take a few extra second (yeah, but still) to get to my Latvian coins, for example. Just make the list clickable if there are more than one county included within the border.
yes, ordinary click will be good.
