Cancel swap

Dear friends,

I finish a swap with a member and he never send the coins, I tried to speak and no answer.
It was in January/2016. How long I have to wait to cancel this swap? And how I cancel?

Did you ever send coins to him? Did the swap ever get confirmed? If you never sent or confirmed swaps you can just select turn down swap from the menu at the beginning of the swap.

That´s the problem.

We confirm, but it was him first swap, so, I was wainting for his coins to send my coins and he isn´t speak more.

If I understand correctly, you have not sent your coins yet?

If that is the case I would not worry about it too much. Put the coins he selected aside for a while longer (maybe until July) and if nothing appears by that time, place them back on your swaplist.
