Can someone provide KM numbers for the last 4 orphans in the New Zealand catalogue

I've gone through the New Zealand catalogue and updated and added all the Krause and Renniks numbers to the ones that were missing. I only have a 2013 catalogue though. Can someone who has a more recent catalogue please add the numbers for the last four orphans?

in the scwc 11th edition:
50 cents 2015 ANZAC = km376, change request made.
the 3 others are not in it yet! In numismaster they are not known either!

Yeah, good luck with that, we still have UK coins issued in 2012 without any KM number!
I seem to recall one of our members has connections or a contact within Krause, maybe they can try to get some answers?

yes, I'm that person, but I only report non registered coins in my own possession, since I make the images of the two sides, measure them as well as giving the alloy, orientation and a rim description.

Thanks for the ANZAC one. It's crazy that there's a KM number for that but not for the 2013 desolation of smaug coin. I'll try to get the latest John Bertrand catalogue and see if that one can shed any light.
