All swaps from other collectors always reads 0

When going onto collectors profiles, it always states that there are 'no coins of interest to me', although, when I look at the profile, coins appear with the green dot.
Am I doing something wrong.
Help requested please.

Try checking: Exchanges -> Your wishes and tick the first option. You probably have ticked second or third in the past.
