Revising ratings [Risolto]

Recently I had a very satisfactory swap with another member.
when he was rating, he gave very good comments but unfortunately failed to click on star rating.
now he apologised to me but says he can not revise it.
the readers only see numerical rating and fail to read that comments and rating are contradictory.
what is the solution to this?
