Have special lettering keyboards available for forum posts

Hello,

I was recently adding some coins when I noticed that for the lettering fields, you don't have to copy paste in lettering in Arabic, Chinese, Tamil, etc; you can just open up the special keyboard and select the relevant character(s) and it will appear in the field (well, at least the more common ones that are available in the selection).

My suggestion is to have the same "Special alphabet" selection keyboard available for when we're writing forum messages; this would be especially helpful in the ID forum, and save users a lot of time from having to copy-paste lettering from other scripts into our posts.
